As administrator of both this website and the MY LIVERPOOL FORUM I was recently approached by forum member Kathleeen Faulkner who spoke of her fathers collection of amateur photographs of Liverpool and surrounding areas which he had acquired over the years.

Much of her fathers work had never been developed following his passing in the eighties. Katherine had recently had a number of his images developed and wanted to share them on the MY LIVERPOOL FORUM. She kindly sent me a number of his images and through discussion via email we agreed to develop a website titled 'The Lockhart Collection' to showcase her fathers fine images which capture ordinary life in fifties and sixties Liverpool.

Still in its formative stages I have created the following website which will hopefully evolve as more pictures become available.

Depending on how busy the server is initial loading times for the website may vary, but its well worth the wait to view some previously unpublished images of Liverpool and its surrounding areas.
